Ningxia’s measures to ensure the safety of the power grid and strengthen the checking of the power grid operation mode were carried out through the dispatcher’s on-line calculation and off-line staff calculations. The combined approach eliminates grid operation risks and proposes pre-control measures. At the same time, personnel from both districts and districts comprehensively combinated the operational risks of single busbar, single-supply, single-substation transformer substations, implemented load transfer measures and accident plans; Zero-risk operation of the power grid. During the power protection period, Ningxia strengthened cooperation between the two districts in the district and successfully completed the operation of Tao Le No. 3 Main Transformer, Zaokai Line II and Zhongkai Line II, and completed the Luoshan Variable Stability Control System, which was upgraded.
