They require 5 defendants to pay 200,000 yuan each, for a total of 1 million yuan.

The defendant believes that the patents claimed by the plaintiff are only 'the patchwork of the prior art, there is no innovation', and there is no relevant department to identify the products between each other, can not be identified as infringement, the claim of 200,000 yuan is missing.
