Second, the qualification requirements of suppliers

1. Comply with Article 22 of the "PRC Government Procurement Law":

(1) Having the ability to independently bear civil liabilities;

(B) has a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system;

(3) Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to perform the contract;

(4) Having a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law;

(5) There are no major violation records in the business activities during the first three years of participating in government procurement activities;

(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

2. The company has the independent legal person status of the People's Republic of China. There have been no violations of laws and regulations in the past three years, and it has not been ordered to close down or went bankrupt. The assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen.

3. If the bidder is the manufacturer, the original and copy of the production and manufacturing capacity or business qualification certificate of the relevant product must be provided

4. If the bidder is an agent, the original and copy of the manufacturer's product sales authorization must be provided

5. Provide original proof materials for the recent payment of tax and social security funds according to law (certification materials for tax payment in the past six months and social insurance payment certification materials confirmed by the social security department in the last six months or stamped with the bank's seal);

6. The Commonwealth does not accept bids for this consortium.
