2. Application conditions for “Energy Conservation – Urban Green Lighting Demonstration Projectâ€
(1) The urban lighting professional planning has been completed and meets the overall urban planning requirements;
(2) The project must be landscape lighting and functional lighting within a certain area of ​​the city, and meet the urban lighting professional planning;
(3) The technology and measures for effectively utilizing energy, protecting the ecology, and preventing light pollution are fully considered in the design, and the energy conservation and environmental protection targets are clearly defined;
(4) The project planning and design conforms to the evaluation standard of “Energy Conservation – Urban Green Lighting Demonstration Projectâ€;
(5) The city has formulated regulations, systems, standards, and specifications related to urban lighting;
(6) It has a permanent urban lighting management agency and a clear project management department.
Third, the application procedure
(1) Application procedure: The lighting management departments of all cities shall recommend or declare the new urban lighting projects and renovation projects in the region. After the qualifications of the construction departments of the autonomous regions, they shall be reported to the Ministry of Construction, and the municipalities directly under the central government and the sub-provincial cities shall report directly to the Ministry of Construction. Urban lighting experts are organized by the Ministry of Construction for review and determination.
