广镓和晶电的专利侵权案判决出炉 广镓胜诉

    9月23日消息,据台湾媒体报道,晶电控告广镓专利侵权案判决出炉！智财法院宣判晶电主张专利无效,广镓获得胜利。

 

    2008年10月7日,晶电向智慧财产法院提起专利侵权诉讼,声称广镓产品侵害其中华民国发明第148677号专利,并于同年11月3日追加主张中华民国发明第126769号专利。本案件经智慧财产法院于9月21日宣判驳回晶元光电之诉,其据以主张之专利应属无效。广镓一向尊重智慧财产权且致力于技术之研发,并期许与台湾同业继续携手合作,共同提升台湾LED产业竞争力。此外,璨圆控告广镓专利侵权案,也可望在近日落幕。在摆脱专利侵权缠身案后,广镓最快第四季度可重新送件申请上市。
