The "Notice" was issued, and the local real estate developers questioned: The unified installation of solar water heating system on the building will inevitably increase the development cost. According to the calculation, it will increase 20 to 30 yuan per square meter. Who is this part of the money?
In response to questions from developers, Xingtai City promised in Document No. 1 that for solar energy building integration projects that meet certain standards, it is necessary to give a 50% discount on the city's supporting fees – meaning that developers can be less per square meter.
