3, stable and reliable anti-interference ability is very strong
4. No crash occurred during the test
2. Power frequency: 50Hz+1Hz
3, power: ≤200W
4, measuring range: 0-(60) 80KV (menu selection)
5, boost speed: 2.0KV / S or 3.0KV / S (shortcut key selection)
6, the number of test cups: 1-3 cups
7, electrode spacing: 2.5mm
(1) Avoid exposing the instrument to rain or moisture.
(2) The oil cup and electrode should be kept clean. During the period of deactivation, the new transformer oil should be protected. Check whether the distance between the electrodes is changed, whether the electrode tip and the electrode rod thread are loose. If it is loose, tighten it in time. .
(3) The high-voltage electromagnetic switch in the oil cup box of the instrument is oil-filled and insulated. The oil plug should be opened regularly to observe the oil surface. If the distance between the oil surface and the top wire plug exceeds 15mm, the transformer oil conforming to GB2536 should be added.
(4) Replace the printer ribbon: The ribbon cartridge is already installed when the printer is shipped from the factory, but after a period of use, the ribbon needs to be replaced. The steps are as follows: (The thermal printer does not have this step)
1) Remove the front cover of the printer.
2) Gently remove the old ribbon cartridge from the printer head. Note: Please lift the left end of the ribbon cartridge first, then lift the right end of the ribbon cartridge. The steps to remove the ribbon cartridge are as follows:
Replace the print ribbon: Hold the active tongue on both sides of the printer with your fingers and gently remove the entire printer from the top plate of the instrument. Note: Be sure to turn off the power to the instrument before removing the printer. Clamp the other two tongues under the cover with your fingers and open the cover. Gently remove the old ribbon cartridge from the printer head. Note: Lift the left end of the ribbon cartridge first, then lift the right end of the ribbon cartridge to remove the ribbon. Gently place the right end of the new ribbon cartridge on the gear shaft at the right end of the machine head. Lift the left end slightly and do not lower it. At this time, if the right end of the ribbon cartridge is not dropped, press the knob on the ribbon cartridge with your finger and turn it clockwise slightly until the right end of the ribbon cartridge falls to the bottom and then lower the left end of the ribbon cartridge. Check that the ribbon is straight, or that the ribbon is still on the outside of the ribbon cartridge, and then turn the knob on the ribbon cartridge until the ribbon is pulled into the ribbon cartridge and straightened. When there is no paper in the handpiece, it is easier to replace the ribbon. Finally, attach the front cover of the printer or push the top cover.
Replace the paper; use your fingers to grasp the active tongues on both sides of the printer and gently remove the entire printer from the top plate of the instrument. Note: Before removing the printer, be sure to turn off the power to the instrument. Remove the paper roll from the printer and skip this step if there is already a paper roll on the printer. Place the new roll on the paper roll and press the roll firmly into the guide of the printer. Make sure the paper roll is securely installed and will not fall out. Cut the paper end into a triangle, turn on the power of the instrument, press the paper change switch, press the SEL (left) button to turn off the SEL indicator, then press the LF (right) button to turn the machine head. At this time, the paper head is fed into the paper mouth under the handpiece by hand, and the paper will slowly enter the machine head until it is exposed from the front of the machine head, and the exposed surface should have a certain length. Press the LF or SEL button again, or turn off the power. Cover the front cover of the printer and thread the head of the printer out of the paper exit of the front cover. Put the entire printer back on the instrument panel.
Note: Be sure to place the change switch in the online position.
Displacement sensor, also known as linear sensor, is a linear device belonging to metal induction. The function of the sensor is to convert various measured physical quantities into electricity. In the production process, the measurement of displacement is generally divided into measuring the physical size and mechanical displacement. According to the different forms of the measured variable, the displacement sensor can be divided into two types: analog and digital. The analog type can be divided into two types: physical property type and structural type. Commonly used displacement sensors are mostly analog structures, including potentiometer-type displacement sensors, inductive displacement sensors, self-aligning machines, capacitive displacement sensors, eddy current displacement sensors, Hall-type displacement sensors, etc. An important advantage of the digital displacement sensor is that it is convenient to send the signal directly into the computer system. This kind of sensor is developing rapidly, and its application is increasingly widespread.
