First, the refrigerant pipeline
High-quality refrigerant copper tube, high cleanliness, strong pressure resistance, and does not rupture due to uneven pressure during operation. Inferior refrigerant copper pipes are susceptible to external deformation and deformation, which may cause the cold coal pipe to rupture during operation, affecting the effect of air conditioning refrigeration/heating. How to identify copper pipes?
Look at the color: At present, the best refrigerant copper tube is a copper tube, the purity of which is above 99%, known as pure copper, the color is rose red; other copper tubes are mostly alloy copper tubes, such as brass tubes, by 7: 3 copper and zinc ratio synthesis, the color is yellow.
Hand touch: The inner and outer walls of the high-quality refrigerant copper tube are smooth and clean, without defects such as blisters, oxidation and cracking.
Bending copper tube: The high-quality copper tube has no creases after bending, and does not deform; the inferior copper tube is prone to crease after bending, and is easy to be crushed and deformed.
Copper tube process: Now the copper tube production mainly includes extruded copper tube and tensile copper tube. The extruded wall thickness is thicker and the wall thickness is more uniform. The tensile wall thickness is easy to be uneven, and the new environmentally friendly refrigerant ( R410A) The operating pressure is large, and the tensile thickness of the stretched copper tube is easy to burst.
Second, the condensate pipe
High-quality condensate pipe, high strength, not easy to bend and deform, smooth inner wall, not easy to foul, and low drainage resistance. Inferior condensate pipe, the inner wall is thin and easy to deform; it is easy to be blasted and cracked by water flow flushing.
Look at the surface: look at the surface finish of the water pipe, as well as the whiteness, the color of the inside and outside of the condensing water pipe is the same, the white color is white, the surface has oily light, the color is too white, there may be too much calcium powder, the yellowish color may be poor, the PVC material is easy to oxidize and weather resistance. Poor.
Measure the wall thickness: the wall thickness of the condensate pipe should be uniform and the pipe wall is smooth, and the wall thickness is better.
Sampling test: The color of the tube is abnormally white but it is easy to break. Generally, it is a high-calcium product with calcium powder. Take the sample with the foot on the side of the tube to see if it is easy to crack.
Third, insulation cotton
High quality insulation, high density, low thermal conductivity, better thermal insulation effect. It has excellent resistance to water penetration and is more durable. Inferior heat preservation, poor resistance to water vapor, easy to enter the water and damp, poor heat preservation effect.
Look at the appearance: insulation foam foaming holes, the smaller the smaller the finer, the better the earthquake resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation effect.
Measuring wall thickness: the same level, pre-installed copper pipe / water pipe diameter, the thicker the insulation wall thickness, the better the insulation effect. And the thickness of the insulation cotton of each pipe diameter has a corresponding national standard.
Extrusion test: grasping and holding the heat by hand, it is generally inferior heat preservation after being squeezed, and the high temperature insulation is generally not deformed after extrusion.
Fourth, the splitter
High-quality splitter, made of high-quality copper, bright in appearance, not easy to oxidize, uniform welding rules. Inferior quality splitter, easy to remove welding, virtual welding, oxidation, easy to cause leakage and other explosions.
Look at the appearance: high-quality divergence bright color, uniform and firm welding, clean inside and outside the pipe wall, no impurities, dirt; poor splitter welding easy to remove welding, impurities, easy to oxidize.
Measuring wall thickness: The thickness of the copper tube used in the branch pipe should be determined according to the size of the caliber. The larger the caliber, the thicker the copper tube should be used. Under normal circumstances, the diameter of 22.3 or less can be 1mm thick copper tube, 31.8 and below using 1.3mm copper tube, 35 and above is best to use 1.5mm copper tube, using copper tube of suitable thickness to ensure the maximum quality . The bifurcation is the same as that of the copper tube, especially the copper tube of the R410A.
