Antai Technology enters the industry of amorphous materials for electric power and other industries

Yesterday's night, Antai Technology announced that the company plans to establish a joint venture with the State Grid Electric Power Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "State Grid Power Institute") to enter the amorphous materials industry.

The announcement shows that the registered capital of the joint venture company is 1 billion yuan, the equity ratio is 51% held by Antai Technology, and the State Grid Power Institute holds 49%. Aetna Technology has evaluated the net book assets of all existing 40,000 tons of amorphous strips, the initial investment of 60,000 tons of amorphous strips, and the exclusive use rights of all intangible assets of the 10,000-ton amorphous project. In the case of capital contribution, the actual capital contribution of Antai Technology will be finalized based on the evaluation report issued by the assessment agencies jointly recognized by the two parties. State Grid Academy of Electric Power will invest in cash and the final amount of funds will not exceed RMB 650 million according to a share ratio of 49%.
