The CNCA issued an announcement that the standard GB15934-2008 "Electrical Accessories Wire Assembly and Interconnect Wire Assembly" applicable to the compulsory certification of wire-wound assembly products will be implemented from June 1. The specific content of the standard is:
1. From the date of notification to June 1, 2009, the applicant may voluntarily choose to apply for certification in accordance with the standards of GB15934-2008 (hereinafter referred to as the new standard) or GB15934-1996 "Wire Assembly" (hereinafter referred to as the old standard); From June 1, 2009, the new version of the standard should be used for certification.
Second, for products that have obtained mandatory certification according to the old standard, holders of the old version of the standard certification certificate should apply for the conversion of the new version of the standard certification certificate to the designated certification body after the new version of the standard is implemented and before the next follow-up inspection. After the renewal of the new version of the standard certificate, the conversion of the old standard certificate shall be completed by June 1, 2010. If the certificate of conversion is not completed within the time limit, the certification body shall be suspended; the certificate conversion work is still not completed before September 1, 2010. The certification body should revoke the old standard certification.
New standards for household and similar use plugs, rubber insulated cables and other products have been recently released or implemented, and relevant agencies have also initiated certification work for the corresponding standard version change. Products for home and similar use plugs, rubber insulated cables, etc. have been obtained separately. Wired component products of the new standard mandatory certification certificate do not need to carry out supplemental differential test. After confirmation, the certificate can be changed directly according to GB15934-2008 standard. For domestic and similar use plugs, rubber insulated cables and other products have not yet obtained the new standard mandatory The wire component products of the certification certificate shall be supplemented with differential item tests for household and similar-use plugs, rubber insulated cables, etc. (For the difference detection items, see the specific requirements of the corresponding product compulsory certification standards for version change). After passing the test, the corresponding wires may be Component products according to GB15934-2008 renewal certification.
Third, due to the new version of the standard has clearly covered the "interconnect wire assembly" products in the appliance coupler (domestic and similar) in the compulsory certification catalogue , and the product is also being revised from GB 17465.2-1998 "Home and Appliance-like couplers of similar use Part 2: Household and similar equipment used in Interconnect Couplers" standard (formerly applicable standards for the mandatory certification of interconnected wire assemblies, hereinafter referred to as the original applicable standard). Therefore, "interconnected wire assemblies" From the date of notification to June 1, 2009, the applicant can voluntarily choose to apply for certification according to the new standard or the original applicable standard; since June 1, 2009, the "interconnected cable assembly" should use the new standard to enforce Sex product certification. At the same time, the applicable rules for "interconnected cable assemblies" were changed from "Implementing Rules for Household and Similar Appliance Couplers" (Implementing Rule No.: CNCA-01C-006) to "Implementing Rules for Electric Wire Components" (Implementation Rules). No.CNCA-01C-001).
For "interconnected wire assembly" products that have obtained mandatory certification according to the original applicable standards , the holder of the original applicable standard certification certificate shall submit the new standard certification certificate to the designated certification body after the implementation of the new standard, and before the next follow-up inspection. The application will be subject to the full project testing conducted by the laboratory in accordance with the new version of the standard, and the new standard certificate will be issued after passing the inspection. The original applicable standard certification certificate conversion work shall be completed by June 1, 2010, and the conversion certificate shall not be completed within the time limit. The certification body shall be suspended; if the certificate conversion work is not completed before September 1, 2010, the certification body shall revoke the original applicable standard certification.
Fourth, as the new version of the standard only stipulates the "one-for-one" form of wire assembly, the "one-two" form of wire assembly involved in the old standard has been removed from the standard. The corresponding national standards for this type of product have been included in the relevant The formulation and revision of the national standards is under development. After research and decision, the "one-for-two" wire assembly will be suspended from mandatory product certification, related certification, and law enforcement requirements will be notified separately after the corresponding national standards are issued and implemented. .
5. For products that have obtained CCC certification in the form of "conversion of original electrical product safety certification (CCEE) to CCC certificate", if a complete and valid CCC type test report cannot be provided, the whole project type test shall be carried out in accordance with the new standard.
6. For the certified products that have been shipped from the factory before June 1, 2009 and are no longer produced, no certificate conversion is required.
VII. All relevant designated laboratories shall report to the Committee on the testing capabilities available in accordance with the new standard before May 31, 2009, and report the status of accreditation and accreditation of the laboratory to the record as soon as possible.
